Entrance to Al Quds (Jerusalem) was closed after the explosion, and ambulances and police forces were arriving at the scene.
An apparent bomb exploded next to two public buses on Wednesday afternoon outside the International Convention Center, just opposite the central station in Al Quds (Jerusalem).
The casualties were being evacuated to the Hadassah Hospital in Ein Karem. The Magen David Adom emergency services said that there were no fatalities.
In another update, sources said sirens are blaring in Al Quds (Jerusalem), as authorities respond to the scene of what's said to have been an explosion on a bus or at a bus stop.
Reuters says there are "dozens of casualties" and that "scores of ambulances converged on the area, near the central bus station and a city conference hall in ... downtown Jerusalem."
Also, "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu postponed his departure to Russia on Wednesday after the bombing, his office said.
Netanyahu had been scheduled to hold talks with Russian leaders in Moscow and return on Thursday.
No one has claimed responsibility of the bombing yet.
